cz: Písek je blok, který lze přirozeně nalézt na pobřežích a v pouštních biomech. Většinou zasahuje 4 bloky hluboko, kde se přeměňuje na pískovec. Písek může být snadno těžen rukou, ovšem použití lopaty je stále rychlejší způsob. Výslednou surovinu dává bez ohledu na použité nástroje. Má velmi nízkou odolnost vůči zničení.
