en: A snow golem is a buildable passive mob that throws snowballs at monsters, which provokes them into attacking it. Depending on the biome temperature it also either produces a trail of snow, or takes heat damage and dies.

en: Snow Golem is a player-friendly mob. Created by the players themselves from snow blocks and a pumpkin or Jack's lamp. Snow golems can throw snowballs at hostile mobs. Snowballs do not cause damage to any mobs, except blazes. When the snow golem moves, it leaves a trail in the form of a snow stripe. The snow trail does not remain in the Lower World, in the biome of plains, savannas, swamps, jungles and deserts. If a snow golem gets caught in the rain, ends up in the desert or savannah, it will melt, leaving behind a couple of snowballs or a layer of snow on one block. After death, the snow golem drops up to 15 snowballs. Drop: Snowball
